 Final Outcome
Process
First, I drew a sketch with a pencil on A2 watercolour paper. Before that, I choose an angle from the Sketchup model.
Then I started painting the building with watercolour. Since the material is frosted glass, I needed to make a blurred effect. I used the wet on wet technique and added the main shadows and highlights. I made the glass slightly pink because I planned to make the sky at sunset and it has to be reflected from the glass.
Then I drew the sky using the wet on wet technique, mixing blue, red, yellow colours. I also added a little black to make the colours less bright. With the technique of wet on dry, I drew the clouds with the same colours and a little blurred their edges to create light clouds effect. After that, I drew the ground using the technique of wet on wet, and blue and black colours.
Then I had to paint the roof. I scanned part of the drawing and  printed three copies. Then I painted every copy in a different colour to choose which one fits better. Then it seemed to me that a light colour was the most suitable here and I planned to leave the roof white. But in parallel with the drawing, I made a 3D model and realised that the white roof would merge with the white walls and decided to choose one colour of three.
After that, I drew trees, mixing green with black, blue and red to get different shades of green to show volume.
Then I added people and other details to the drawing, and also painted the roof red as in the 3D model.
