Sequential images
Final outcome
I want to share my series of sequential images here.
On the first images the artist starts to draw, but when his shadow falls on the picture, the image slowly disappears. It doesn’t disappear by magic — it happens because of self-doubt and the artist here becomes unable to see his work and recognise what is good and what is not. Recently, I've been thinking about how important it is to see your work correctly and be able to analyse it. So I decided to take this topic for sequential images.
2. Plan
- I took two photos with an empty canvas: for the first and second frames
- I drew a few lines on canvas and took another photo
- I took a photo with an almost finished and finished picture
- For the second, third and last frame, I used a procreate to erase the drawing in the place where the shadow falls
- In the last frame, I added an empty pictures using Photoshop.

Firstly, you don't have to greet your reader in each post.
ReplyDeleteSecondly do you have a title for this piece?
Thirdly, this has no relation to your plan from the previous post - so did you plan this or make it up as you went along?
Fourthly, this is an interesting idea - you were also required to include some research into other artists that use sequential images - please read the presentations from Week 1.
